Rooms are very clean and accommodating!! Service was amazing--even did a courtesy call to check on us after checking in! If you want to be in Canal Park, near Lake Superior or easy access to get to the top of the hill, this is a great place to stay!

We loved this hotel so much. The room was clean. Very comfy bed with lots of pillows. Couch was comfy. Plenty of space and a gorgeous view. The hot tub and sauna were really nice, I wish the pool was a little deeper than 4 feet but it was okay. They had decent breakfast, a cute cocktail lounge that’s reasonably priced with okay food, a free s’mores bar in the evening. Customer service was so wonderful every single person we talked to was so nice.

If you are going to Duluth, the Park Pount Marina Inn is a great option for your hotel stay! It is worth it to upgrade to the deluxe rooms for the amazing views and the balcony. The staff was friendly and they have an excellent breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were awesome! The biscuits were some of the best i have had in a hotel and up there with the best i have had anywhere! They have quaint spaces set up for just hanging out with family and friends. You can have coffee and sit around a table and play board games with your kids. They even put out a S'mores bar

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Every aspect of our visit, from the swimming pool to the delightful breakfast, was excellent. Our most cherished memory was undoubtedly the room balcony, offering a beautiful view of the lake. We understand it is winter, but during the midday hours, when the sun was shining, it was surprisingly warm.

Talk about AMAZING service! We had a family emergency and had been at the Essential hospital and I finally needed to place to lay my head for the night… this place was a God send! $126.00 Night and 10x’s the hotel of the $300/night Sheraton Hotel next to the hospital. Nicole the night manager, saved the day! I’m so very grateful that they were able to accommodate me. The room was like brand new! The breakfast was hands down the best continental breakfast that I’ve ever had! I wish there was a tip jars for those attendants! Park Point feels WAY safer than staying down town. The cool history lesson of the old Duluth Boat House where they built this hotel upon is really a neat part of Duluth’s history… makes me want to ask if I could go metal detect the grounds for dropped Victorian treasures! If you are staying in Duluth- THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL BE VERY PLEASED STAYING ANY TIME of the YEAR!

We stayed one night at Park Point Marina Inn because a family member needed to be at the clinic early the next morning, and it was a great choice. The overall vibe was relaxed and quiet, which was exactly what we needed. The pool area was really nice and calming, with music playing that made it feel more like a place to unwind than just a hotel pool. Our room looked brand new and was very clean, and I really liked the standing shower. The lobby had a warm, welcoming atmosphere with beautiful wooden accents that stood out. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like — everything was smooth and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again

Stayed here a few years ago while visiting and enjoyed my stay Treated my mother to a North Shore trip and stayed here as a base for exploring nearby attractions. Solid room and balcony with a harbor view. Very relaxing Kinda cold cloudy and windy on this fall trip but I enjoy the beauty of nature in all weather and seasons. The sun was out a lot too Enjoy the harbor view pic

The absolute best place to stay in Duluth!! CLEAN rooms, friendly & helpful staff and EXCELLENT breakfast!! They go the extra mile and it is very easy to see that they are customer focused. It's all about how to make their guests stay the best it can be. They even have a shuttle service to the local restaurants and businesses!! I can't think of a single thing they didn't have that would have made my stay better!!! I will definitely be telling everyone I know to stay here if they are visiting the area!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay and making our wedding anniversary trip so memorable!!!!
